For the entire month of July, we were on vacation, free as a bird, roaming through France and Northern Spain. And when I’m on vacation, I live by the motto of “The fewer people, the more fun”.
So we don’t visit any cities, museums, or old churches. We also don’t go “fun-shopping” or lay on the beach. It means lots of unpaved roads, and especially in Spain, we somtimes go for 60 km without seeing a soul. Look for a short vdeo of this track at you tube.
Strange as it seems, I didn’t take as many pictures as usual. It was often too warm, or the sunlight was too harsh. But still, it was a chance to shoot different creatures than I encounter at home, and I got a number of shots I’m quite pleased with. Here you see a small selection of those images.
